Brand guidelines

Marketing and Communications is responsible for managing the University’s brand and image. We work alongside Marketing and Communications to ensure our services adhere to the University of Sydney’s brand guidelines.

The University brand extends beyond the logo, and encompasses the look, feel and tone of voice expressed in all communications that represent and promote our University.

Standards for each element of our brand have been created to ensure that all communications for the University are consistent. Brand elements include:

  • Logo
  • Brand architecture
  • Nomenclature
  • Typography
  • Colour palette
  • Core design elements
  • Tone of voice

All products produced using the university’s brand guidelines has to be approved my Marketing and Communications Brand Approvers.
